Promoting dance as a way to positively affect teens
"move the music" is a dance project created for students in and around Stuttgart, Germany. It was founded by four artists who believe that learning to dance will help young people to express themselves in positive ways and excel in their personal and academic lives. I created training booklet and postcards that were given to kids involved in the project. My goal was to appeal to potential students by showing that dance could be exciting and edgy, so I used moody photographs for inspiration. Final touches included a distressed typeface and a monochromatic color scheme. For the logo, I hand-drew a simple wordmark. Designed at soldan kommunication.
